Contributed to the evolution of Design Hex’s expressive and collectible design language through new product development, furniture curation and the creation of original IP, spanning concept, prototyping and material research. Helped shape the project’s distinctive aesthetic direction through sculptural, bulbous forms, fluted detailing and a layered palette of soft finishes, while curating key pieces including bespoke tables and designer storage elements as part of a cohesive spatial language.

 

Led development at the level of making—refining internal sofa constructions through extensive R&D on foam densities, feather compositions and latex layering to achieve a deeply plush yet controlled seating experience. Worked closely on the technical development of the bulbous fluting language and its fabrication logic, translating expressive form into resolved buildable systems. The project foregrounded furniture as both collectible object and rigorously engineered product, shaped through craft, testing and innovation.
